At the very core of Zema Automation & Controls Private Limited's remarkable journey since its inception in 2017, stands Mr. Rajesh Nagar, our esteemed Director. With an exceptional career spanning 22 years in the dynamic landscape of Industrial Automation, Controls, and Instrumentation, Mr. Nagar embodies the very essence of strategic foresight, profound technical acumen, and unwavering ethical leadership. His continual backing and astute direction have not merely guided Zema but have propelled it to its current standing as a trusted multi-faceted entity – a leading Trader, Wholesaler/Distributor, Manufacturer, and Exporter of advanced automation solutions.

An accomplished Electronics and Telecommunications Engineer from North Maharashtra University (1998, 1st Class with Distinction), Mr. Nagar's foundation is built on a deep understanding of complex systems and cutting-edge technology. This technical mastery is seamlessly integrated with his keen business acumen, a synergy that has been evident throughout his distinguished career.

Before dedicating his formidable expertise to Zema, Mr. Nagar held a pivotal role as the Ex-Channel Head for North India at Mitsubishi Electric India Pvt Ltd (Oct 2010 - June 2017). Here, he was instrumental in analyzing market trends, tracking competitor activities, and providing invaluable inputs for product enhancement, consistently fine-tuning sales and marketing strategies for the entire North India region. His responsibilities included spearheading channel development, managing OEMs and end-user pricing, and ensuring comprehensive product knowledge and support for his team of 20. He actively participated in technical discussions, prepared quotations, and provided crucial technical and pricing support that led to successful order finalizations across the region. His experience at Mitsubishi Electric, promoting products like Nexgenie PLCs, Remote I/O Systems, and SmartTouch HMIs, provided him with a direct understanding of high-stakes, large-scale client engagements with industry giants like ISGEC, Ashok Leyland, and New Holland.

Prior to Mitsubishi, as National Product Manager at Arihant Systems & Electricals Pvt. Ltd. (June 2007 - Sept 2010), Mr. Nagar led a team of 14, driving marketing functions and achieving sales and collection targets. He was key in developing channels, managing product pricing and sampling, and providing extensive training. This role expanded his direct engagement with diverse product lines from Crouzet (Logic Controllers, Safety Relays), Crydom (Solid State Relays), and Moduloc (Hot Metal Detectors), serving critical clients like Usha Martin and Tata Steel in demanding hot mill steel applications.

His earlier career stops at World Technological Products Pvt Ltd. (Rockwell Automation distributor), Mactrol Motion Control Pvt. Ltd., and Dynamic Engineers Pvt Ltd. further solidified his expertise. At Rockwell Automation, he was instrumental in designing control panels, supplying PLCs, AC/DC drives, and associated switchgears, managing all techno-commercial aspects for industries across Delhi-NCR. His experience includes driving significant energy savings by promoting AC Drives over DC Drives in extruder applications and spearheading automation projects for major names like Amira Foods (Rice Mill Automation), Nestle (Boiler and Chiller Automation), and New Holland Tractors (Paint Shop Automation). He even contributed to the Navy Ship Gun Control project and the automation of aircraft refuelers and hydrant dispensers, showcasing his ability to tackle highly specialized and mission-critical applications.
